These rooms are the original ranch accomodations and offer a king-size bed or a double and a twin bed. They have the charm and character of the Southwest and are the favorites of many of the returning guests. They feature a refrigerator, coffeemaker, hairdryer, and private patio. Sunset / Hermosa Room
The best view of the Sonoran Desert is from the Sunset rooms, which offer a king-size bed or two queens. They can connect with one or two bedrooms and several feature a Kiva fireplace. Hermosa rooms offer either a king-size bed or a double and a twin. Both Sunset and Hermosa rooms feature large patios, window seats, refrigerators, and spa tubs. Connecting rooms avalable. Approx. 333-362 Sq Ft.
Bradshaw Mountain Room
Mexcican furnishings and Saltillo tile highlight these accomodations with sweeping views of the Bradshaw Mountain range. All bedroooms have two queen-size beds or a king bed and kiva fireplace. These rooms can connect with one or two bedrooms for the perfect family casita. Approx. 531 Sq Ft.
Maricopa Suite
These luxury suites are centrally located and offer king-size bed in the separate bedroom. There is a large living room and Kiva fireplace, Murphy bed, game table, and sitting area. Mexican tile accents and contemporary southwestern decor throughout. Conveniences include a kitchenette with refrigerator, wet bar, and spa tub. Approx 750 Sq Ft.

Exit Airport westbound and follow signs to I-10 west. Take I-10 west to I-17 North. Take I-17 North 29 miles to State Rte 74 / Carefree Hwy. Take State Rte 74 west 30 miles to US rte 60. -At the ranch all meals are included in the price of your stay. Our chef and culinary team serve three delicious meals daily excluding alcoholic beverages. *Breakfast Full buffet with everything from homemade biscuits to made-to-order omelets. Palo Verde Conference Center is a separate complex nestled in a secluded setting. Wireless internet access is available throughout the facility and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment is available for all presentations at a small fee.The 3,400 sq.ft. Sonoran Room can comfortably accommodate 200 guests. It has a functional design with 14-foot ceilings and can be divided into 4 separate meeting rooms for additional planning flexibility. A multi-purpose room adjacent to the Sonoran Room is ideal for both meetings and social events. The 1,100 sq.ft.
